Was in the market for a newer, used car in St. Louis area but found a Volvo at Unlimited Motors in Westfield, IN that I was very interested in seeing. I have family in Indiana so while visiting, I contacted Unlimited Motors about said Volvo. Jon Melendez reached out the next morning. Since car was new to them, there were only a few photos on their website. I was just under 2 hours from the dealer, so Jon took several photos and even a video to show me more shots of the car. He was very quick to answers all the questions I had since I hadn't seen the car in person. He was readily available to meet with me for a test drive. He kept me informed as the detail team got the car cleaned up. Since I was traveling alone, Jon provided me with information about how to get the car shipped to me and with a link to complete their financing application to help expedite my time while at the dealer. Jon was a great salesman to work with! So very friendly and efficient! No pressure at all to purchase the car.I did purchase the car and met with the finance manager, Karem Salih. Again, great customer service! He was very knowledgeable about the financing process and did not feel pressured to purchase any extras that I didn't want. He also completed the ticket right away to have the car shipped directly to my house. It was a very quick and easy process. Might have been the least amount of time I've ever spent in a dealership trying to buy a car! I left the dealership that evening very pleased and satisfied with my experience! Karem called me the next morning to let me know my car was being picked up from their lot that afternoon.There was a little hiccup in getting the car to my house when it was originally promised, but this was not the fault of Jon, Karem or Unlimited Motors. Jon was in contact with me multiple times over the two days to help guarantee the delivery, as well as ease my worry.I had never heard of Unlimited Motors before purchasing this car, but will definitely keep them, Jon and Karem in mind when in the market to buy again.

Absolutely the best ever!!!! Wellbrooke of Westfield reached out in need of a car for our residents vintage car show and they did not disappoint! Last minute cancellation and they stepped up without hesitation. Our residents LOVED it!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Great experience! Called with a vehicle we wanted to see as we were coming from out of town cutting close to the time they closed. They said they would be there waiting! Pulled in 30mins before closing they had the vehicle up front and ready for us! Vehicle was prefect and had everything we had been looking for! Went to numerous other dealerships before finding our way there! Chris was amazing he helped us so much and made the process for us and our kiddos smooth and comforting. Would definitely recommend Chris and the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!
